NAAFI (Navy, Army and Air Force Institutes) exists to provide community support services for HM Armed Forces and their families. Communication is a key part of their business. NetServices have been working with NAAFI since 2005, providing their MPLS WAN. Working closely with them enabled NetServices to fully understand the way their business functions, and offer them ongoing support.

As the relationship strengthened, NAAFI requested advice on their conferencing solution. NAAFI also liked the fact that the platform offered flexibility. The portal now offers NAAFI better functionality for managing changes than the previous system.
